An event every week that begins at 6:00am on Monday, repeating until December 31, 2018

Mondays: 6 AM- 6:50 AM at Community Center.

Bootcamp runs year around with no BREAK. Come to try a class anytime for FREE.

This is a 6-week High Intensity Cross Training Class. You get all the elements of a great workout in one class. This fast-paced workout will take you out of your comfort zone and beyond your limits! This high energy class mirrors life and sport as you meet challenge and unpredictability in every single session. Your heart will race, legs will burn, core will scream and arms will pump!

Single session $10

Please, find attached, the class consent form and PAR-Q. If this is first time, please, read, fill out, print and bring the form with you to class. You could also email it to me. This way we could save time and start the class promptly.

If you have current injuries, and/or risk factors (cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic), or other medical limitations (medications that affect your performance..etc) you should be cleared from your physician to start a Boot Camp (or any high intensity training).

What to bring:
A thick mat, or two mats, and/or towels if you need more support
* Wear athletic shoes and extra layers of clothes when it’s cold
* Water for hydration
