An event every week that begins at 8:00am on Thursday, repeating until December 27, 2018

Tuesdays: 8 AM – 8:50 AM Gabrielino Park Basketball Court
Thursdays: 8 AM – 8:50 AM Uhills Community Center, Community Room

Come to try any class for FREE, and join in anytime to fun, friendly, multi-level fitness classes in UHills.

The location is Gabrielino Park (we meet at Community Center on Thursdays).
Anyone can attend (Ages 12 and up).


  • A single session for $10
  • 12 sessions for $50
  • six sessions for $30
  • For couples, 12 sessions for $45.
  • Class packages to be used by individual participants, and within six weeks of class period.

All you need are a yoga mat and a pair of athletic shoes.

Class descriptions:

Cardio Strength (Indoor)

Experience this 50 min challenging and dynamic whole body muscle strengthening class using tubing bands, dumbbells, and mini Pilates balls as resistance tools, and challenge your muscle strength/endurance, flexibility, balance and cardio. This class targets all the major upper/lower body muscle groups and core muscles. I incorporate classic Pilates moves, and the latest strength and flexibility training with a variety of fun music in the background. You will have a great time while toning your muscles and burning calories. Great class to compliment your cardio workout!

All levels of fitness are welcome. The focus is on providing a fun and effective workout for all levels of fitness (from beginners to advanced exercisers).

Come join for a fun and dynamic class, and watch the pounds drop away!

All you need are a yoga mat, a pair of athletic shoes and your energy!

Cardio Strength (Outdoor)

Start your morning off with this fun and exciting cross training class at Gabrielino Park, Basketball court and Community Center, outdoor. Cardio Sculpt offers variety of exercises from one class to the next. For participants who don’t like coming in to the same routine each week, this special class format may be cardio-focused one week and strength intervals the next. Cardio Sculpt is ideal for individuals who like to shake up their workout. This is a perfect class for every level of fitness. Children ages 12 and up may participate, if with parent.

Please bring a thick mat and wear athletic shoes.
