Come to try any class for FREE, and join in anytime to fun, friendly, multi-level fitness classes in UHills.
Anyone can attend (Ages 12 and up).
- A single session for $10
- 12 sessions for $50
- six sessions for $30
- For couples, 12 sessions for $45.
- Class packages to be used by individual participants, and within six weeks of class period.
All you need are a yoga mat and a pair of athletic shoes.

Cardio Strength (Indoor)
Experience this 50 min challenging and dynamic whole body muscle strengthening class using tubing bands, dumbbells, and mini Pilates balls as resistance tools, and challenge your muscle strength/endurance, flexibility, balance and cardio. This class targets all the major upper/lower body muscle groups and core muscles. I incorporate classic Pilates moves, and the latest strength and flexibility training with a variety of fun music in the background. You will have a great time while toning your muscles and burning calories. Great class to compliment your cardio workout!
All levels of fitness are welcome. The focus is on providing a fun and effective workout for all levels of fitness (from beginners to advanced exercisers).
