Friday Mat Class for Back and Hips

This class incorporates stretching and strengthening exercises gleaned from Pilates, yoga, physical therapy and Chinese healing exercises. It is designed to help those with chronic back and hip pains to get stronger and be free of pain. The class is free to community members and occasional drop-ins are welcome.
Where: Activity Room, Community Center
When: Fridays 3:30-4:40pm
What to bring: A yoga mat and a yoga strap
