Healing Mat Class for Chronic Hip and Low Back Pain

This class incorporates stretching and strengthening exercises gleaned from yoga, Pilates, physical therapy and Jin Pei Holistic Education Center. These exercises are designed to relieve chronic hip and low back pain. The class is free to UHills residents.
