UHills Meditation Practice Group
Every Wednesday evening: 6:45pm to 7:45pm
Community Center Activity Room
Please arrive between 6:45pm and 7:00pm. Meditation will begin at 7:00pm.
Our intention is to provide support for people who are interested in learning meditation as well as those seeking a group situation to strengthen their meditation practice. We will offer simple techniques in working with the mind, approximately 20-30 minutes of meditation, and the opportunity to discuss the practice and learn from the experience of others in the group. Participants need not attend all sessions; please come when you can.
There is no fee for this program.
There are chairs to sit on but, if you prefer to sit on the floor, please bring whatever you will need to be comfortable on the concrete floor.
