The HRB stands for the Homeowner Representative Board at University Hills. The HRB is an advisory board to the Irvine Campus Housing Authority (ICHA) Board of Directors. It represents the interests and concerns of University Hills residents (both homeowners and renters) and works with ICHA on community matters, policies, and improvements.
