$50 monthly (per household) – Outdoor classes (includes Zoom + videos)

$15 per outdoor class session

$30 monthly (per person or household) – Zoom classes ONLY (No hybrid/outdoor option)

$20 for videos ONLY

Outdoor (in person) Class Schedule:

“At Gabrielino Park”

TUE 8 AM-  Cardio & Strength 50 min, All fitness levels. Work the entire body, increase heart rate. Equipment: Tubing bands-  I will provide the bands, but feel free to bring your own bands.
THU 8 AM– Cardio & Strength 50 minAll fitness levels. Work the entire body, increase heart rate.
Equipment: Dumbbells- Bring your own weights. Let me know if you don’t have any, so I bring some extra.
Video Classes:
Full Body Strength 45 min, All levels of fitness. This class will teach how to do standard exercises correctly while you are strengthening the entire body, improving balance, stability and functionality. You can use dumbbells.
Stretch & Core 45 min, All levels of fitness. This class will focus on stretching and strengthening the core, hip and posture muscles while bringing your body back to the natural alignment. If you’d like mind/body classes, this is a good one!
Stretch & Roll 20 min, Self-myofascial release with a foam roller & tennis balls (good for if you have chronic tension/pain) and posture exercises.
