$40 for monthly (per person)
$50 for monthly (per household)
This will give you complete access to all 20 live sessions (5 sessions/week and recorded access to each workout you miss)
Once you pay, you WILL receive a zoom link on MONDAY, Sept. 28 for live stream Zoom classes and you will receive five recorded classes (via YouTube) every Friday.
 
Live Class Schedule:
 
TUE 8 AM- Low Impact Interval Training: 45 min, Work the entire body, increase heart rate with No jumping, No equipment. All fitness levels.
WED 8 AM- High Intensity Interval Training: 45 minFor advanced and intermediate exercisers. No equipment.
WED 9 AM–Stretch & Roll: 40 min restorative floor stretch & self-myofascial release with a foam roller.
THU 8 AM– Total Body Strength 60 minAll levels, Equipment: Dumbbells, cans, wine bottles, water bottles, toilet papers…anything heavy for you!
FRI 8 AM– Core on Floor: 60 min, only floor exercises, No equipment.
