This will give you complete access to all 20 live sessions (5 sessions/week and recorded access to each workout you miss) and a recorded BONUS classes and specific short videos for pain/discomfort.
Live Class Schedule:
TUE 8 AM- Low Impact Cardio-Core-Legs 45 min, Work the entire body, increase heart rate with No jumping, No equipment. All fitness levels.
WED 8 AM- High Intensity Circuit: 45 min, For advanced and intermediate exercisers. Equipment: Dumbbells or anything heavy.
WED 9 AM–Stretch & Roll: 30 min Egoscue posture/alignment exercises & self-myofascial release with a foam roller & tennis balls.
THU 8 AM– Total Body Strength 60 min, All levels of fitness, Equipment: Dumbbells, cans, wine or water bottles, toilet papers…anything heavy for you!
FRI 8 AM– Core on Floor: 60 min, with Pilates & Egoscue floor exercises and stretching for all levels of fitness. No equipment.
