Here are biographies of the September 14 webinar participants from the OCPA:
Susan Davison, AICP, Data Analyst, comes from Central Coast Community Energy where she was involved in community planning, marketing and financial analysis. With more than a decade of experience in public sector management positions creating cost-effective programs for energy efficiency initiatives, Davison carries out complex and sophisticated analyses of OCPA rates, customer account services and load forecasting. Davison holds a master’s degree in urban planning from University of California, Los Angeles.
Steven Halligan, Management Analyst, brings more than a decade of strategic management experience to OCPA where he is responsible for research, administrative, operations, financial, and analytical duties. His expertise interpreting research data and his sharp sense of business acuity are key assets. Prior to OCPA, Halligan held a variety of roles with the County of Orange, most recently he worked as Manager of Strategic Projects. Halligan holds an MBA with a concentration in finance.
Andrea Warner, Business Relationship Manager, has more than 18 years of sales and business management experience across diverse organizations. Her keen understanding of the business landscape is key in her role, working to broaden the reach and impact of OCPA to the commercial businesses and residents of Irvine. Andrea is focused on developing strategic stakeholder alliances by understanding a customers’ most important needs and aligning those priorities with OCPA’s programs. Andrea holds her BFA from the Emily Carr University in Vancouver, Canada.
Andrew Di Giovanna joined Orange County Power Authority in January of 2022 as Business Relationship Manager I. In this role, Mr. Di Giovanna connects directly with customers within the cities of Huntington Beach, Buena Park, and Fullerton. Mr. Di Giovanna has a background in constituent and customer relations and has worked extensively in coordinating with community leaders, building coalitions, and connecting with stakeholders. Alongside his B.S. in Management from the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, he intends to continue his pursuit of higher education with a focus in STEM where he originally began.
