Call for Homeowners Representative Board Candidates

The University Hills Homeowners Representative Board (HRB) is a community-elected body of volunteer residents. The HRB meets monthly to consider Property Improvement Applications and community issues. The HRB also advises the Irvine Campus Housing Authority (ICHA) Board, works with Management on community matters and advocates on behalf of residents to build community. Click here and scroll down to read a letter from the HRB about serving. More information is available at uhills.org and icha.uci.edu.
This year, four HRB member positions are up for election (three 2-year term positions and one 1-year term). If you are interested in running, please complete an application (click on the link below). The application should include information about yourself and why you want to serve on the HRB. Voting will take place in February; those elected will be seated at the March 2022 HRB meeting.
Typically, homeowners in University Hills are named signatories to their Property (the home) and to the Ground Sublease (the land). The University Hills Property Use and Maintenance Regulations (PUMR) require at least three HRB members to be named signatories to the Ground Sublease (a “Home Owner”). For clarification on whether you are a UHills Home Owner according to this definition, please contact the ICHA Real Estate Sales & Administration department at (949) 824-7345 or sales@icha.uci.edu. For questions about serving on the HRB, please email HRB@uhills.org.
