Contractor Other Info: Bob is a one-man operation. He painted the exterior of our house (and several neighboring houses) for considerably less than other bids. Since he works alone, he is slow, but the outcome is excellent.
I hired him to do some exterior painting on my house. While he appears to be quite skillful, particularly about preparation, he is forgetful and disorganized and takes forever to get anything done. If you do hire him, I recommend getting a detailed contract in writing, as he won’t remember what he agreed to do and for what price.
