Top rating! Our garage door opener quit working after 5 years. Ed from American Empire Garage Door returned my call in less than an hour, and came out the next day to replace the unit. Gave me several options, and ran down the pluses and minuses of each. He removed the old unit and installed the new one in about 1 1/2 hours. He even lubricated the rollers and hinges on our existing sectional roll-up door free of charge. Great service, friendly, and not pushy. Real down-home type of guy. Would definitely recommend.
