Contractor Other Info: Edder painted the interior of our house, in Oct. 2022 the empty downstairs (after slab leak repair) and in Oct. 2023 the upstairs (stuffed with furniture, boxes of books, etc.). He did a fantastic job both times. He works with 2 to 4 close relatives, so they all know what to do and can complete a job quickly but also very carefully. For example, the newly installed wood floors were untouched by paint. The drywall patching, where needed, was perfect. Edder is very thoughtful and responsive about materials. And he makes things as easy as they can be -- for example, his team moved all the furniture as needed and moved it back (although of course we had to box up the books and otherwise clear the shelves and surfaces).
