Reservation holders are responsible for taking precautions to protect themselves and their guests from exposure to COVID-19. Approval of Community Center reservations requires completing the Release and Waiver of Liability form pertaining to the risks associated with COVID-19. The waiver is part of the University Hills Community Center Reservation Application and Contract required to reserve space at the Community Center. Community Center Community Room:
The main room has 48′ x 28′ of usable interior space. It features a full-service kitchen, flat-screen video display and audio system. The use area may be significantly enlarged by opening the exterior glass walls to the covered patio areas. There are a total of 6 tables and 72 chairs currently available for use within this space.
The maximum occupancy of the Community Room is 92 persons.
Bounce House use at this facility with generator, must reserve the Community Room. Bounce House Vendor Insurance Requirement: An insurance rider (Certificate of Insurance) naming the Irvine Campus Housing Authority (ICHA) and the Regents for the University of California as additionally insured for $1,000,000 in business or personal liability coverage for the event is required.
